The Aviation Ground Safety Council (AGSC) consists of representatives from Airlines, Handling Agents, Airport and Governmental authorities, Safety equipment manufacturers and suppliers located at various airports and areas in the UK. It also has contact with European, American and Australasian Ground Safety Councils with similar interests.

At the September meeting there will be presentations on solutions beyond probable cause, hearing protection, the safety issues and procedures assoicated with aircraft arrivals and the running engines and a briefing on winter procedures.
